We are looking for an Independent Working Chef (Patisserie & Bakery).

Job Description

As an independent working chef, you play an important role within our production kitchen. You are responsible for preparing various patisserie, bakery, and dough products according to fixed recipes and quality standards.

Flexibility, responsibility, and craftsmanship are qualities we expect from you. Within our kitchen, there is plenty of opportunity to use your talents and further develop your skills in patisserie and bakery.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently and as part of a team, carry out preparations within patisserie and bakery;
• Prepare, process, and finish a variety of dishes and products;
• Ensure quality, freshness, and food safety (HACCP);
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace and kitchen equipment;
• Monitor and manage inventory (if applicable);
• Support and supervise colleagues and kitchen assistants (if applicable).

Job Requirements

• Available full-time or part-time, including weekends;
• Willing to learn and adopt our preparation methods and procedures;
• Works with a strong focus on quality and according to HACCP guidelines;
• Flexible and able to handle pressure during busy periods;
• Able to work both independently and in a team;
• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level or an MBO Level 3 diploma.
